Circle Work

People have been meeting in circles for many thousands of years. Within a circle, each person is integral - equal to all who come to form its structure and unique in what they bring to its centre.

They present an opportunity for transformation that is unavailable in traditional education and learning methods. Our social and professional spaces are often clouded with competing agendas and hidden politics. Circles offer a clean space for honesty, support and challenge.

Circles form a safe 'container', formed through mutual commitment to positive intention and clear expectations. Within this container, we can lower our shields and fully express ourselves. We can Speak our Truth - the dark and the light - knowing that all of who we are will be witnessed and held without judgement.

Just as the caterpillar needs the containment of a cocoon to become the butterfly, we need a container to transform into who we may be.
